T’s Market accepts PayPal (credit card, instant transfer, eCheck) payments.
We unfortunately cannot accept any other payment methods.

Payment Deadline

All payments must be made in full within seven 5 days of the first order invoice.
We are unable to accept split payments or extend payment deadlines.
Please note that combining orders will not extend your payment deadline.

Paid orders cannot be modified.
Please make any necessary updates to your orders and wait for an updated invoice before authorizing payment.

Shipping Costs

On T’s Market, stock items are eligible for Free Shipping if you buy more than 5 items together in one order.

Shipping costs are calculated after orders are placed and all items in the order are ready to be shipped.
We are able to provide shipping estimates for in-stock items.
If you would like an estimate, please contact us before placing an order with the item code and name.
Please note that we are unable to provide shipping estimates for pre-order items because their final size and weight have not yet been determined.

Customers may be required to pay customs fees when receiving foreign shipments and we ask that customers please keep this in mind when placing orders at our store.
T’s Market unfortunately has no control over any fees/taxes levied by your country’s government.

Please understand that some countries may require that parcels be opened for customs inspection.
Our store cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by customs officials, and we are unable to provide compensation or replacements for any items lost, seized, or damaged during inspection.

Please understand that the online tracking status may not always be up-to-date.
T’s Market has no control over the delivery of parcels and we are therefore unfortunately unable to answer any questions relating to parcel delivery status.

Shipping Limitations

Not all shipping methods may be available for all orders.
Some countries do not offer EMS service, and there are size and weight limitations for Small Packet shipments.
Your order may be modified without prior notice if your order is not eligible for your selected shipping method.


All sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Some parcels may be returned to our store by your local postal service due to being unclaimed, failure to pay import fees, etc.
We will contact customers to arrange reshipment if their parcel is returned to us.
Reshipment fees may be required to send the order again.
Please note that items will be re-shipped in the same condition as they are returned to our store.
Postage fees are non-refundable.
